We want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when and how you can return a product.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Health & Safety — Supplements

For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products (including supplements and powders) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective. Unopened supplements in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within the return window.

Apparel & Other Items

Unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories with original tags may be returned within the return window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at relentlesssupplycompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

Email relentlesssupplycompany@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
